Stewardship Day at Freshwater Farms Reserve - Sunday, February 18th

Whether you're a veteran visitor or a new North Coast neighbor, we invite you to join us this Sunday, February 18th at Freshwater Farms Reserve for a fun morning on the Freshwater Nature Trail. The 3/4 mile trail winds its way around the perimeter of the property along Freshwater Slough, providing scenic views of the surrounding pasture land and the restored tidal wetland beyond. Visitors of all ages can walk the trail, canoe the slough, or enjoy the wildlife year-round, sun-up to sun-down.

Native Plants Now For Sale at Freshwater Farms Reserve


NRLT is pleased to announce a new community partner at our Freshwater Farms Reserve property on Myrtle Avenue.  The North Coast Chapter of the California Native Plant Society (CNPS) has recently moved their native plant nursery to a new location at Freshwater Farms Reserve and plants are now for sale through the Kneeland Glen Farm Stand which is operated by Kathy Mullen.
