Join us this Coastal Clean Up Month for trail maintenance and invasive plant removal at our coastal property, Freshwater Farms Reserve.
Bring your own container to pick blackberries along the way!
No experience necessary. Event is from 9am to 12pm, but we appreciate any amount of help within that timeframe– even an hour makes a big difference. The crew will meet by the barn at 9am, after that there will be signs with directions of where to go (likely down the nature trail). You don’t need to bring anything but yourselves and a container to collect blackberries (if you want to!). There will be tools, snacks, coffee, and tea provided.
Join NRLT staff and Humboldt Trails Council volunteers at Freshwater Farms Reserve on the third Sunday of each month from April through October to do trail maintenance, wetland restoration, and invasive plant removal.
