Project Manager
The Northcoast Regional Land Trust (NRLT) is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative Project Manager focused on land conservation in northwestern California. The Project Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and completion of complex land conservation, acquisition, and restoration projects. Specific duties include assessing the conservation merits of new projects, preparing grant applications and environmental reports, negotiating and drafting conservation easement terms, commissioning and overseeing the preparation of independent appraisals and other technical reports, and overseeing construction and restoration projects. The Project Manager reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with other NRLT staff. This position requires a person who is organized, detail-oriented, team-driven, technologically savvy, enthusiastic and patient, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
