Join NRLT for our biggest fundraiser of the year, the Annual Celebration, fondly referred to as Boots & Birkenstocks, as a tribute to the varied walks of life that have supported this organization for over 25 years!
Your support over the years has made possible over 81,000 acres of permanently protected wild and working lands and important habitat restoration projects including the Wood Creek restoration at Freshwater Farms Reserve and the Felt Ranch, now in Phase III. It also helps us create opportunities for people of all ages to connect with and care for the lands that sustain us.
G E T T I C K E T S !
This year’s celebration will be especially meaningful as we honor a landowner family who has worked with NRLT for many years to conserve a remarkable ranch in Southern Humboldt. We expect their conservation easement to close shortly before Boots & Birkenstocks, marking the culmination of a multi-generational commitment to ranching, stewardship, and protecting the land and resources under their care.
We’ll share more about this exciting conservation project when it officially closes, but we hope you’ll join us in honoring this family’s ranching and conservation legacy at this year’s Boots & Birkenstocks on October 10th. At the root of it all is the people like you who stand together to protect our rural livelihoods and irreplaceable landscapes. THIS is what makes our work possible, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!
